Mike Ingoldby

Boulder, CO

Mike Ingoldby was born and raised in the mountains of Colorado and graduated the University of Colorado with a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Mike is also Founder of Bonsai Networks which is solving the problem of making access to the “Internet of Things” simple & ubiquitous. He leads all things atoms Designing the hardware, firmware and software platforms that power the network.

Additionally, Mike is currently Founder of Fob Foundry which helps businesses build better products, processes, and technologies through innovation consulting. Fob Foundry specializes in appcessories, personalization, and innovation program design.

Mike is also the owner of Trango Engineering, a electronics design consulting firm. Previously Mike was part of the start-up Mosoro, which was to provide the first inertial measurement unit on the market that was affordable and small enough to use everyday.

Before joining the Mosoro team, Mike was one of the first engineers of Kerpoof.com, a successful start-up company that was bought by Disney Internet Media Group in the Fall of 2008. Mike’s primary focus at Disney became the back-end systems of the Disney.com Create portal.

Previously Mike led several FPGA designs at Radix4 and Xilinx and released several products including Xilinx’s Block Memory Generator, several Telecommunications IP Cores, and classified government contract designs for communication and space systems.
