I have 25+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering innovative instructional products in multiple languages. These include:
- English
- Spanish
- Italian
- Portuguese
- French
- German
- Mandarin
- Japanese
- Korean
These innovations solve business problems and meet organizational needs for a wide variety of companies in global markets. They help
- Employees onboard faster
- Salespeople sell more
- Representatives serve better
- Customers adopt products quicker
- Companies retain clients longer
- Organizations grow bigger
- Etc.
In my experience working with a wide variety of organizations in many different domains and verticals, I've realized that there is a great need for effective, efficient, and economical training. These creative and customized solutions need to be accessible on demand. They must also bring results, such as actually reducing training times and costs, improving customer satisfaction, promoting product adoption and contract renewal, and increasing revenue and market share.
My success is based on innovating on what I learned while completing my graduate studies. I have an M.A. in Spanish with an emphasis in pedagogy. And I'm ABD in the Instructional Psychology and Technology (IP&T) Ph.D. program at Brigham Young University.
I founded and am the CEO of LACO Learning where we offer only the best in terms of innovative, results-based, on-demand, training products. If your organization needs help in either developing or delivering training, then let's meet.
We're also very interested in breaking down barriers by developing a state-of-the-art language learning app. Since we're in stealth mode, I can't go into any details about it here. But if you'd like to learn more or if you're interested in being part of this project, then contact me.
When I'm not working, you can find me either out on the diamond coaching or playing baseball or softball, in the pool training to swim the English Channel, in the studio writing or recording music, or at home spending time with my family. There's definitely no rest for the weary.
