I have been a Commercial Construction Superintendent in Florida, Texas and Georgia for 27 years. I have been building my projects under Construction Management procedures for 19 years and communicating the chain of command correspondence through construction software for the past 9 years.

I obtained a Florida State Certified General Contractors License. I also obtained the Army Corps Engineer Certification, First Aid Certification, QC Manager Certification, Department of Defence Clearance, 10-hour OSHA Certification, Forklift Certification, and CPR Certification. I have had Federal and State security clearances in the past for Airports, Schools, Courthouses, and Institutions during construction.
