I am proud to be the Executive Director and Board Chairman of the Florida Helps Foundation, a non-profit organization raising funds for selected South Florida charities. Our flagship fundraising event, the “Back Bay Bash”, is held annually on Fort Myers Beach, FL, this year scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 14th. This will raise funds to support our new PADLS Program... Persons with Autism or Disabilities Learn to Swim!

We also “Help U Help Others” by providing our non-profit status, tools, services and support to those that want to improve the operations of their non-profit, enhance fundraising efforts, and host their own charity fund raising events! We are an IRS-approved 501 (c)(3) and proudly a service-disabled veteran managed small business.

I am also the founder of BIZolutions Consulting, consulting firm focused on business and marketing plan generation, start-up support and mentoring, financial plans and projections, proposal and grant writing, automated decision support applications, website design and development, real estate development and investment support, etc. I’ve been a licensed real estate agent in FL for the past 8 years.

In my recent past, I purchased a restaurant and bar on Fort Myers Beach in Sept. 2004, the Shamrock Irish Pub. I managed all aspects of its redevelopment activity to build a luxury set of Apartments / Condos and a high-end Deli and Market on this location (the “Beach Deli Company”). This project was derailed by the credit crisis of Sept. 2008. I ran the Shamrock Pub for 6 years, managing all aspects of the business and its 2 rental apartments.

Additionally, I’ve had many challenging and rewarding career assignments over my prior 27 year Defense Department-related & Military career, culminating as a Corporate Vice President. For more details about my extended past, please go to this LINK.
