Michael Waryas is the President of Esmet Inc., a manufacturing company located in Canton, Ohio. Esmet's roots developed in 1933 when the first Electroline termination was tested. Prior to taking a job with Esmet in 1998, Michael Waryas was Sales Manager for a major industrial 3M distributor. He brought an impressive business education to the job, including an undergraduate degree in business from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana; and a Master of Business Administration from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio.
At Esmet, Michael Waryas directs day-to-day company operations. The company specializes in manufacturing high-quality parts with a team of skilled welders, programmers, machinists, and assembly personnel. In addition to overseeing this team, Waryas interacts with clients in industries ranging from architecture and security to the United States military and law enforcement. To meet his clients' exact specifications, Michael Waryas ensures that Esmet manufactures to ISO 9001:2008 and Military Standards.
Michael Waryas also oversees the Electroline and Tufloc divisions of Esmet. Electroline products include swivels and terminations for wire rope. Esmet's Electroline fittings can be found almost anywhere wire rope is used. Common applications include railing for US military ships, architectural railing, highway wire railing, and parking lot guardrails. Esmet's Tufloc division manufactures high-security products for military and law enforcement. Products include gun racks, locks, and lockers.
