I grew up in Melbourne and went to boarding school at age 15, leaving the big smoke behind. After school I traveled far and wide until I was 21, living in 65 cities around the world, living in a temple as a monk, living in trees as a Greenpeace direct-action activist, and raising $1million personally for charities around the world through street fundraising on the streets of Australia and England. I have started and sold a business, been a drug addict and alcoholic, got (and still remain) sober from both alcohol and drugs and studied biomedicine at The University of Melbourne.
