Mikkel Andersen

Hey there, I’m Mikkel. I’m a designer living in Copenhagen. I am a fan of design, technology, and fashion. I’m also interested in sewing and entrepreneurship.

I am currently working for the platform Future of Fashion as a fashion consultant.

To become a fashion consultant you have to be very unique, you have to be an original person, able to create different combinations. So in my case I decided to become a fashion consultant because I always got compliments on how I would put things on and how I would wear things that I had been wearing for years and just going to make them practically.

So you have to be very original with your ideas and come up with different things to do with the same piece. Then I realized a lot of people were asking me for advice and then I said if I'm good I could research and start taking classes or just get certified that's exactly what I did! It helps me a lot to know how the fashion sense evolves, because you have to know what is really working and what is not working for your clients.
