After having started one of the early digital agencies in the mid-nineties, I’ve worked in the digital industry as a technology innovator, a strategist and a public advocate. Working with Fortune100 companies, global agency networks and technology startups, I found that profound understanding is more important than insight, and people are more important than technology or data.
