Mila Hanlan is a designer, event coordinator, entrepreneur and undergraduate student.

Over the last few years, she has made a name for herself organizing many events for WIPP Toronto and other local art galleries. Her ability to quickly understand the vision of content creators and artists, paired with her strong set of organization skills, have allowed her to take part in creating some very unique and memorable events.

In 2016, Mila founded her first start-up, Cartel Clothing, a fashion line catered to young adults and she is quickly establishing it as one of the hottest up and coming apparel brands in Toronto.

Mila has also curated her own photography exposition in Montreal during the summer of 2017. This was a collaboration between herself and Ottawa based photographer DayArcher meant to expose the shallowness of stereotypes by juxtaposing the clothing the models wore with the contents of a see-through backpack they carried.

Mila is currently a full-time Creative Industries student at Ryerson University. She also holds a DEC in Visual Arts from Dawson College.
