I co-founded Mycelium Hub, a platform that redefines the key elements of sovereign living, drawing on the qualities of the mycelium. We empower individuals, assist in group coordination, and optimise people networks to help us and our partners thrive in dynamic environments. We believe in the optimisation of human potential, and that personal growth is at the foundation of sovereign living. We also believe in the application of down-to-earth principles and tools such as project management, collaboration tools, clear agreements and non-violent communication.

We bring together small groups for in-person experiences that combine the best elements of a wellness retreat, conference and hackathon to help attendees gain insights on the personal, group and network level. On these retreats we co-create solutions, develop opportunities and deepen relationships which we continue to develop online.

In addition, as an Impact Investor / Producer at Impact Launchpad, I partner with the company to source, lead, and promote social and ecological impact innovation projects, and provide strategic consulting to its founders and clients.

With over 20 years of experience in business analysis and operations, I have the ability to address complex challenges, streamline agile methodologies, and effectively lead teams. I use personal organisation in the form of GTD to manage my commitments and have implemented team collaboration and project management systems.

I have gained extensive global business experience from living and working in different continents, and I apply my fluency in English and German to navigate the international business landscape. I am passionate about harnessing the power of technology, particularly blockchain and open-source software, to drive business growth and social impact. I hold certifications in SAFe 5 Product Owner/Product Manager, Design Thinking Implementation and Understanding, and I am always eager to learn and grow.
