”Musicians are the healers of souls.“ A teacher of mine once told us this, and up until now, this is where I get my love and commitment to my profession.

There are a lot of things that come with being a musician, like being able to perform and express ourselves. But, most of the part of why I teach music is because I want to create musicians that are not only competent, but most importantly, aware of their responsibility as musicians. I want to ensure that they are capable of producing music that can be used to help a troubled soul”; and what more can heal a troubled soul than ‘good music’. This is why I established a place of my own where I can turn my mission into a reality—MBS Music Studio.

At the end of the day, besides the responsibility of being a musician, the responsibility of being a human prevails. That’s why the biggest part of why I teach is to fulfill my responsibility to share the experience of being a musician with people who aspire for it.
