MB Urban Properties developed Millennium Tower, a 60-story, 684 feet residential skyscraper in Boston in 2013. Upon completion, the luxury high-rise was named the third tallest building in Boston. The property features 442 residences, a Roche Bros. grocery, and Class A office space. Limited occupancy by residents began in July 2016.

According to an August 2016 article in the Boston Globe, luxury condominiums in Millennium Tower have been purchased by local residents as well buyers from Asia and Europe. An executive estimated at the time that 75% of the owners will be living in their units in Downtown Crossing.
