Sean Miller's recent work takes the form of projection-mapped video sculptures, in which the sculptural objects' surfaces are brought to life with a "skin" of projected video. These works are composite illusions achieved via the tension between static, material qualities of the physical structures and suggested movement based on simulations of biological or natural forces provided by the projections.
