I, Maxwell Milligan, am a soon to be (fingers crossed) political science graduate of Portland State University. My five year plan is to teach English in China, and then return to the states to attend a public Administration graduate program.
I love to hike, read, and grab beers with friends. As such, I've discovered something of a Mecca here in Portland and would like to ultimately dedicate my career to serving the city that I fell in love with.
