In private companies my expertise is in management buy-outs of mature software businesses, and insolvency of asset-light knowledge-based businesses. (I do not invest in startups or commodity producers). Now I am trying my hand as an active real estate developer, focused on purpose built multi-family rental in secondary and tertiary markets in Ontario.
