Minas Megalokonomos

I lead product and strategy across four ventures simultaneously: defense autonomy, energy trading, materials science, and capital markets. All launched within the last year. I architect enterprise agentic AI products in industries where the consequences of getting it wrong are real, partnering with companies like Shield AI to bring autonomous detection to defense and critical infrastructure.

Before that, I spent 15+ years shipping products at Huawei, building the mobile gaming division at MBC Group, helping take a mobile tech company through its NASDAQ IPO and FPO, and scaling startups across 40+ countries with cross functional teams spanning Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

For the past three years I've been a Research Affiliate at MIT CSAIL, where I work on taking frontier AI out of the lab and into production for governments and enterprises. I still get my hands dirty with the technology too. I prototype systems, vibe code, and build the tools I need when they don't exist yet.

I split my time between Dubai, Athens, and Boston.
