All organisations, large or small, use dashboards or reports to support decision making. The decisions made using these dashboards and reports effect the organisation's current operations and future performance. Unfortunately it is often the case that the dashboards and reports used by organisations are difficult and time-consuming to prepare, and do not communicate the necessary information in a format that is easy to interpret.

I work with my clients to implement efficient and effective dashboard and reporting systems that are easy to use and communicate accurate information that can be used by decisions makers to manage the operations of and improve the performance of their business. I ensure that the reporting and dashboard systems are integrated into standard business processes and complement existing performance measures.

The guiding principle of my consulting engagements is to have active knowledge transfer to system users and other stakeholders throughout the project. My projects are not complete until the reporting or dashboard system has been designed and implemented, users can confidently work the system, and can make the changes required to keep dashboards and reports aligned to the business as needs change.
