My experience included End-user support, Problem-solving in software, networking and hardware issues. In some cases development of the company’s Intranet and the in-house marketing system.

My positions also involved working and maintaining a server environment which includes working with Active directory, Exchange and Group Policy; as well as fixing, reconditioning and troubleshooting computers, communicating over the telephone and face-to-face with users who are not versed in the I.T language. This includes working with external third party.

I designed and developed the company’s Intranet, which integrates into the Active Directory environment, providing a single sign-on experience and an integrated company phonebook, I also maintaining and debugging a web-based.
