Over the past fourteen years, I have gained a wide-range of Information Technology experience particularly in service operation, systems consultation/integration and project management. I have been through a number of projects from inception to project/service delivery. My experiences include managing project implementation on an international scale covering 13 countries in Asia Pacific Japan China, Australia New Zealand and USA.

I firmly believe in ITIL for IT Service Management and I am ITIL v3 Foundation Certified, with strong technical competent in Security, Networking, Back Office, System Management and Server-Based Computing Solutions. I am able to identify and manage project risks, monitor team progress and satisfy client requirement. I am a team player and have excellent leadership.
