Mingus Casey

Mingus Casey is a Kiwi speculative fiction, cyberpunk and science fiction author.

When 16, he placed 3rd in the first New Zealand Listener/ITAG Internet Fiction competition, under a pen name.

Later, Mingus completed CREW 256 "The Iowa Workshop" (fiction stream) taught by Arda Collins at the International Institute of Modern Letters, Victoria University, Wellington, New Zealand.

Mingus has also studied Philosophy, Journalism, Computer Science, and Computer Repair

He is a Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician, Microsoft Certified Professional, and holds CompTIA A+.

His hobbies also include performance photography, computer repair, dog walking, and philosophising.
