There is a Chinese saying: “Put what you learn to good use”, whatever you have learned, the purpose is to apply, genuine knowledge comes from practice, no mater the consequence is bad or good, practice! Practice! Practice!” Not only with the professional knowledge of finance and international management, but also the passion to face the new challenges in a bank.

Thinking about the balance of stakeholders, as a bank clerk, especially facing the customer, communication skills become crucial; after the experience as an exchange student in France, and studying with the classmates came from all around the world, I already possessed various of skills to handle various of problems in a proper way.

Volunteer experiences told me, an excellent group and extraordinary teamwork player could bring more magic to the corporate. Why not test me “am I a good teamwork player?”

As a student graduated from Montpellier Business School, under the sustainable creative, responsible circumstances, I do hope the corporate I work for actually as the pioneer of CSR corporate.
