Minh Nguyen

I am an aspiring UI/UX designer, with a passionate interest in using design to promote mission driven businesses. I believe that good design should provide value to communities.

Today, I am currently leading communications initiatives at New Sector Alliance, a nonprofit that offers fellowships to provide experiential learning programs for emerging leaders in social impact careers. Through my work in managing digital content, I discovered the power of effective design and user experience to enhance the organization's goals and mission.

In my free time, I am developing my digital skills in HTML/CSS, Adobe, and product design. I believe the best way to learn is by diving into real projects. I am involved with startup projects to understand user behavior by conducting customer discovery interviews, user interviews, and working on building concept products.

I was born and raised in Boston and my family is of Vietnamese descent. In my free time you can catch me riding my bicycle, learning how to master my Vietnamese culinary skills, and snowboard.
