Before this: 30 years building and running technology at scale — banking, telecom, healthcare, government. TD, CIBC, Bell, AT&T, HP, Vanguard, Manulife, Ontario eHealth, CAMH. App dev, infrastructure modernization, enterprise architecture. Big programs, big budgets, real consequences when they went sideways.

I also watched a company go from 30 people to 130 to 900. So did my co-founder. We felt every reorg, every acquisition, every new layer that was added between the work and the people doing it. Lighthouse is our answer to a question we'd both been noodling on for years: what if you just… didn't do that?

What we do: end-to-end Atlassian and ITSM work. Jira Service Management, enterprise service management implementations, ServiceNow-to-Jira migrations, Jira automation consulting. Million-dollar engagements, or $50K ones — both matter. Small enough to take the small ones seriously, experienced enough that the big ones don't scare us. Between us we've been leaders in large enterprises and SMBs and everything in between — it all make sense to us — including when someone's selling you a framework you don't need.

If you're thinking about joining us: we're deliberately staying small. We want to grow — without managers of managers. No townhalls, no all-hands — if we were all in one place, a whole team get together would fit a backyard BBQ. That's the size we're building for.
