Minh Tran
Therapist in the United Kingdom
Minh graduated from Curtin University with a BsC Health Information Management degree in 2005 in Australia. After working in the information management industry for about a year, she decided that actually, she liked to work with people better. So she went back to school to achieve a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy in 2007. She has never looked back.
In her own words, ‘I just wanted to help people come up with practical and innovative solutions to overcome their physical and cognitive barriers to life. OT allows me to do this by equipping me with extensive knowledge on assistive technology, equipment and aids to daily living.’
Minh has nearly a decade worth of work experience in a wide variety of settings in England and Australia. This has allowed Minh to become a well-rounded therapist with clinical expertise in many areas. In addition, she has successfully helped several organisations achieve their waiting list targets within budget and worked with many managers to design and implement efficient and effective policies, procedures and systems.
