I've been interested in STEM since I was in primary school and I now teach others as well as learning new skills for myself. I was invited to speak at Campus Party EU in September 2013 where I spoke about my journey from attending workshops to teaching at them. The abridged video can be seen above ^

The invitation from Campus Party came as a direct result of Jimmy Wales watching the talk that I did in March 2013 at the Raspberry Jamboree in Manchester. The event was subsequently written about in Wired magazine (links at the bottom of the page)

In November 2013 I was awarded the European Digital Girl of Europe award by VP Neelie Kroes, President of the European Commission.

My ambitions are to set up a Mini Makerthon and Faire for u18s to exhibit their creations, and to study at MIT
