Based in London with deep ties to Spain and Latin America, I've spent over twenty years in the space between a plan and the people who have to make it real — working with both individuals and organisations through the challenges of growth and transformation.

Along the way, I kept noticing the same thing. The most experienced person in the room would go quiet. Not because they'd run out of ideas — because the way the room buys ideas had changed, and nobody had handed them the translation.

It wasn't a confidence problem. It wasn't a relevance problem. It was a language problem.
