Founder of innin. The map was wrong. Not you.

Venezuelan, based in London with deep ties to Spain and Latin America, I've spent over twenty years in the space between a plan and the people who have to make it real.

Along the way, I kept noticing the same thing.

Most of what we call performance problems aren't personal. They're narrative problems, inherited stories about how to work, lead, and show up that were never designed for the person being asked to follow them.

Sometimes it's the most experienced person in the room going quiet. Not because they ran out of ideas, but because the language changed and nobody handed them the translation.

Sometimes it's a high-performing woman who's spent years apologising for the way her energy moves. Not realising the change is data, not failure.

Neither is a character flaw. Both are map problems.

It wasn't a confidence problem. It wasn't a relevance problem. It was a language problem.

That's why I built innin | innovation needs new individual narratives — working with professionals and organisations to close the gap between who people actually are and the instructions they were given.

I believe success is simple: making the people around you feel capable and happy. When people are aligned, growth follows naturally.

At my core, I'm a curiosity athlete — someone who approaches learning the way an athlete approaches sport: with discipline, stamina, and a commitment to asking better questions.

Wisdom doesn't have an expiry date. The career map does.
