For over thirty (30) years Pastor David E. Lowe has been ministering to youth and those in need. He is highly skilled in facilitating collaboration in the body of Christ and the local community. In the past this has involved providing, creating and finding resources and services to help the less fortunate. Before relocating from Brooklyn to Tampa, Fl in 2005, Pastor Lowe served as an executive leader at Calvary Cathedral of Praise under the leadership of Bishop Marcus Roberts. He also served as the Youth Pastor of over 300 youths at Calvary. Under his leadership the youth ministry was more than a weekly meeting of youth. It also included three choirs, the steppers, the steel orchestra, the tutoring ministry, the GED ministry, spoken word through RHEMA and the dance ministry. Pastor Lowe also served as the Youth President for the Pentecostal Association of North America during this time. As the youth leader of that organization, he coordinated a yearly retreat for over 10 churches, as well as various combined activities throughout the year. Pastor David Lowe is a highly skilled and motivated person with a solid work ethic. He possesses excellent analytical skills and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of ministry. His high standards have guided him in his personal as well as professional life. Pastor Lowe’s 25 years working on Wall Street and knowledge of finances has also served as an asset to whatever ministry with which he is involved. Not only is he able to offer assistance from an administrative perspective, he is also an outstanding fundraiser.

Working with youth is Pastor Lowe’s passion. On any given day, he can be found encouraging a youth to embrace their artistic talents and giving them the opportunity to minister. He can also be found going to court with a family who may have someone facing the judiciary. He’s been known to make house visits for his youth and even attend parent-teacher conferences. Pastor Lowe believes in supporting youth with his actions. As a result there are youth all over the United States who can testify about the difference Pastor Lowe with the help of God has made in their lives.
