Minoti

Minoti is the Founder and Communications & Development Director of Prophecy Girl Films. She is a screenwriter, a musician and songwriter, and has two albums out – The Fictional Truth (2010) and Secret Garden (2013). Both albums were self-produced, written and released. In spite of not being signed to a label, the music video for her single “So Will You” went viral with over 100,000 views and her songs have played on radio stations in the U.S, U.K, Canada, Singapore and Denmark.

On the film and television front, she has previously worked for the International Documentary Association, in social media and outreach on HBO’s Emmy® nominated documentary American Winter, directed a short called R.I.P, and has worked as a music licenser and composer on the Prestige Gold Award® winning documentary Let Them Eat Cake. On the screenwriting front, three of her projects "Safe House", "The Realm of The Stones", and "The Stranger in My Home" (co-written with Allie Jenelle) have placed at festivals and screenwriting competitions, winning awards at the California Film Awards, The Hollywood Festival of New Cinema and The Courier Screenwriting Awards. Currently, Minoti is directing a documentary series called Being Independent, and has an original T.V pilot called 3 Orbs of Light in post-production

Minoti has also written for Documentary magazine and Verve magazine. She currently lives in Los Angeles, continuing to chase her dreams and make them reality.
