What do you do in Attaché?
I am the Service Delivery Manager and I am responsible for managing a high performance and knowledgeable team that provides an overall customer experience through education, development, technology, problem and solution management.
Your Attaché journey?
I started in Attaché back in August 2001 as Support Consultant assisting and supporting our dealer network. In 2006, I had the opportunity to work with some of our key strategic partners as a Business Consultant to implement and provide a software rollout to new and existing sites. This was more face-to-face interaction with clients. In 2007, I was given the opportunity to manage and lead the support team as the Service Delivery Manager. In 2009, I absorbed the Customer Service team and in 2012, we incorporate an internship program to provide added-value services to our dealer network and customer user base.

- Masters of Business in Information Technology Management (current)
Hobbies and interest
Love travelling, photography, fishing, learning something new, scuba diving and especially spending time with my daughter.
