Miranda Rader

Miranda Rader recently spent a year as a barista and shift leader at the La La Land Kind Cafe in Dallas, Texas. Her responsibilities in this role largely revolved around customer interactions, such as maintaining a positive demeanor while taking orders and accurately preparing food and drinks. In addition to ensuring a positive customer experience at the cafe, she was tasked with overseeing closing processes at the store, which involved cleaning coffee machinery and taking inventory. The La La Land Kind Cafe named Miranda Rader Employee of the Month in March 2021, the same time she was promoted to the position of shift lead.

Ms. Rader graduated magna cum laude from the University of St. Thomas (UST) with a bachelor of arts in general studies. She was a National Honor Society student in high school, and was selected for the National Society of Leadership and Success while at UST. She anticipates a career as a real estate sales agent and is preparing for her real estate license exam. She also has plans to earn her master’s degree in architecture.
