Mira Ratkaj, BSc, MBA, PMP

A seasoned project management professional with close to 15 years consulting experience delivering high profile projects for Fortune 500 companies. Mira is an abstract thinker with outstanding organizational skills, and has the ability to take complex ideas from conceptual stage to detailed plan and implementation. With a recent certification in Change Management, Mira believes in using a structured and intentional approach for both the technical side and the people side of change. In order to deliver meaningful and sustainable change, she successfully integrates change management principles with the project management lifecycle to establish a solid foundation from which to move an initiative forward. She is a strong relationship-builder and team leader at all levels of the organization and has been recognized for motivating, coaching and mentoring her teams. Driven by a sense of professionalism, with strictest attention to detail, she provides strategic and tactical solutions, through excellent client service and value.

Mira's MBA (McMaster University) complements her undergraduate degree in Applied Mathematics (Western University). She is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and acquired her Change Management certification from PROSCI in 2011.

Mira is an active member of her community, having recently served on the Board of Wellspring London and Region, and prior to that - St. Joseph's Healthcare Foundation, Parkwood Hospital Foundation, Heart-Links Peru Projects and Hope's Garden (Eating Disorders of London).
