Thanks for visiting! I'm an independent Service Design and User Experience (UX) consultant with 20 years experience designing, developing, architecting and managing complex interactive services and websites in Canada and Australia.

An educational background in psychology, sociology, research, and technology made a career in user-centred design a natural choice. I started as an online architect, web designer and developer in 1999 and began in the field of user-centred design, user research, and accessibility in 2003 as Website Manager at the Bank of Montreal in Toronto, Canada.

My passion is integrating user needs with stakeholder engagement to co-create solutions with meaning.
