As a current international development consultant, I help organizations develop a structure and strategic plan to increase the efficiency of their staff and resources.

Previously, as the Program Director of Pueblito Canada, a non-profit education based organization, I managed the implementation of all projects based in Canada and Central America. In addition, I recruited and managed staff and volunteers, developed positive and professional relationships with international partners, and managed the financial picture of the organization.

Prior to that, as the Manager of Recruitment and Communications at Donorworx Inc., I ensured that the most qualified Fundraisers were hired to represent North America's largest charities including World Vision, Save the Children and Plan Canada.
