Hi, I’m Miriam van Heusden—an AI facilitator, business educator, entrepreneur and author based on Australia’s Gold Coast.
I help people understand emerging technology and apply it confidently in their work. My focus is practical: making AI accessible, improving business workflows and helping businesses make better marketing decisions.
I facilitate AI and business courses with the Australian Institute of Management and teach AI and Digital Marketing at Greystone College. My approach connects theory with real business situations, giving learners practical skills they can use.
As the founder of Maralytics, I bring first-hand experience of developing a software business designed to connect marketing activity with sales results. I’m also the author of Boost Your Marketing ROI, helping business owners plan, implement and measure their marketing more effectively.
My background spans more than 20 years across business ownership, hospitality, marketing and education. Having owned and operated three restaurants, I understand the everyday challenges of managing teams, serving customers and building a business.
