Miriam Ullah

A veteran marketing professional, Miriam Ullah has experience in a broad range of areas, including cross-selling, account management, market research, and client retention. She earned a BA in marketing with a minor in finance from the University del Valle and an MBA with a minor in marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Most recently, she served as a secret bank shopper for Contemporary Staffing Solutions in Morristown, New Jersey. In this position, Miriam Ullah performed customer interactions with staff at TD Bank branches throughout the Morris County area and submitted quality-assessment reports based on the level of service received.

Early in her career, Miriam Ullah worked as a new business coordinator for the advertising agency Barry Blau and Partners. In that capacity, she cultivated business partnerships, conducted cost analyses, and developed marketing campaigns for key clients. She subsequently accepted a position as a customer service representative for Commerce Bank, where she handled duties ranging from helping new customers open accounts to settling home equity loans. Later, while a service manager for WNS, Inc., Ms. Ullah evaluated different service-pricing schemes to enhance profitability.

Outside of her career, Miriam Ullah leads an active lifestyle and participates in various fitness classes, such as kickboxing, Zumba, spinning, and Pilates. She particularly enjoys taking hot yoga courses to improve flexibility and strength while achieving harmony in body, mind, and spirit. In her down time, she reads, knits, sews, and meditates.
