As Content Development for Evanta, a division of Daily Mail and General Trust (LSE: DMGT), Misha Depp oversees creative and corporate content development for events and online communities for Fortune-1000 execs in Human Resources.
Prior to joining Evanta, Depp serves as Business Development Director for a boutique sustainable research firm in Portland, Oregon. She has experience leading, creating and implementing initiatives in industries including sustainable research, events, commercial real estate, entrepreneurship and education.
She has served in various positions for the University of Alaska and was part of the creation of the Center of Excellence in Academic Advancement. A collaboration including programs (The Alaska Statewide Mentor Project, Alaska Teacher Placement and the Future Educators of Alaska Program) focused on promoting educational opportunities for minority students. The mission of these programs were to prepare, support and implement educational initiatives from grade levels PreK to 20 and beyond, especially focused on encouraging success for Native Alaskan Students.
Depp also served as a Student Services Professional for the distance Early Childhood Education program building curriculum, advising students and representing the program at state and national events. Where she developed "Tech Prep" programs for rural Alaskan communities, select technologies and methodology for course delivery and choose materials to support educational degree programs. Additionally Depp worked with and aided in developing best practices for Head Start organizations around the state. In this role, Depp also consulted with the local community college's workforce development team to implement programs at local employers and vocational schools and contributed to the Distance Education Consortium. She served on educational advisory boards and was a member of my local and national Association of Education for Young Children.
