I am the Founder and Managing Partner of OCTA LAW, a multi-practice, internationally focused law firm based in Washington, DC. Our mission is to measurably contribute to the actualization of justice, peace and freedom in the global world. Using a balanced approach on both process and outcomes, we use various areas and levels of the law to effect real change in the world.

As a consultant and an adjudicator, I specialize in high value dispute resolutions which are executed using a balance of alternative-traditional methods as well as global peace-building initiatives, diplomatic relations, special operations and mission critical negotiations. I have a unique capacity for integrated, cross-functional and compassionate methods which I harness in everything that I do.
