Teacher and Student in Gauteng

Hi, I’m Aphiwe. I’m a teacher living in Gauteng, and I have a passion for technology, education, and innovation. Vygotsky's theory of constructivism influences my teaching philosophy. I aim to encourage the acquisition of various skills across different fields, enabling learners to view the world from multiple perspectives and understand the interconnectedness of events happening globally.

In my teaching practice, I strive to expose learners to real-life situations by integrating authentic learning experiences. This approach allows students to acquire a diverse range of skills through hands-on activities.

As we navigate the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR), I believe that every individual deserves the opportunity to learn and develop competency in technology skills. This is essential not only for building their capabilities but also for keeping them in tune with the continuous changes in our evolving technological landscape.
