I'm a PR + media gal! Sure,Samantha Jones from Sex and the Citymade PR seem like the best job ever, I only dream of partying with celebrities and other sexy perks, but I went with PR for other reasons...

The field of PR is like a communications cocktail -- a mix of everything! It involves writing, planning, building relationships, media production and more. It's a diverse and communicative field, just like how I view myself.

I have experience as a freelance public relations specialist in various industries including South Asian music and entertainment, lifestyle and tech. I've worked in Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Orange County.

In 2008, I started my own venture with Urban Desi Radio -- a radio show platform which provides underground South Asian music, the first of its kind in California.

There's one thing in particular that runs through my veins, and that's my love for new media and art! I thrive off of artistic expression like writing, music, film, dance, designing, photography and more! I've pretty much dabbled in everything from radio to writing and I love all types of mass media. I'm a pop culture junkie and staying on top of current events is a must!
