Hi there! I’m Nicole. It’s a pleasure to meet you all, thank you for looking at my food blog.

The name "Miss Food Fairy" came from my husband sharing my food with his work colleagues. After eating, they were very appreciative and said ‘thank Nicole for the food. We wanted something to eat & ‘presto’ there’s Nicole’s food – she’s like a food fairy’.

. . . the name stuck, and Miss Food Fairy was born.
