My love affair with the lab coat took a turn for the worse when I learned that the people in human resources did more than plan company picnics. I have worked internally as a recruiter since 2000 and am learning and finetuning how I recruit every day. I've worked for both large and small nimble orgs and have to say that my greatest passion lies in recruiting tech talent. They're the most nuanced, intelligent, and interesting type of candidates that I've ever had to recruit. I love reading blogs written by developers! Outside of recruiting I am an aspiring writer and have two works in progress.
