Creating an ideal setting for young people to know they are winners in themselves, the 2014 Miss Teen Syracuse pageant competition is expected to be a thrilling affair of beauty, talent and youthful courage. At the 2014 Miss Teen Syracuse pageant competition, contestants get to interact with each other and to realize just how important such interactions are to their individual holistic development. Because young people are naturally passionate about what they do in their lives, the 2014 Miss Teen Syracuse pageant seeks to discover the energy that they possess and channel it so that the beauty contestants feel more comfortable just being themselves.
In order to achieve such noble goals, the 2014 Miss Teen Syracuse pageant competition has three distinct segments of competition. The first area of competition that contestants need to hurdle over is the Personal Interview with the Judges. For about 3 to 5 minutes, every judge on the panel does a personal interview with each contestant. The person-to-person interaction is a way through which every candidate is more able to highlight their unique communication skills. Resembling a typical job interview, the Personal Interview is a valuable source of experience for each candidate so that job interviews will become less daunting to handle in the future. The Casual Wear area of competition replaces the usual Swimsuit competition in regular pageants today. To make the 2014 Miss Teen Syracuse pageant contestants genuinely comfortable in their own skin, no unrealistic pressures like those in a Swimwear competition is placed upon them. Young as they are, young beauty candidates already possess certain values in life that may prevent them from showing a lot more than they are really happy about. The Formal Wear competition of the 2014 Miss Teen Syracuse pageant competition allows contestants to showcase their true inner beauty in an evening gown or party dress of their choice.
