For the past years I've invested alot of time in finding solutions to why people can't find jobs, why some find jobs and later on loss them , why some find great jobs but quit because they can't stand their bosses , managers or colleagues and I also invested much more time in studying and researching about organizational politics and behaviours and how it affects people both negatively and positively in a work environment.
