Create an all-new marketing strategy for each artist – making sure they’re seen and heard in places most likely to be heard by their target audience

• Work with the artist and graphic designers to create the artwork (pictures and sleeve) for a new record

• Work with stylists to input into discussions about polishing the artist’s personal style and image so that it complements their music

• Oversee the shooting of an artist’s music video and make sure it gets shown on all the right channels

• Promote the artist on TV, radio, the internet and on billboards

• Input into social media promotion

• Monitoring the artist’s sales – tracking the ups and downs to see what marketing tactics are working best
