* To get project based on PHP, Wordpress, CMS, Ecommerce development,Mobile Apps., Web App, SAAS etc.
* Interaction and explaining project requirements to Technical team/ BA team.
* Making Prototype and design document.
* Handling Project progress and work status in excel or tacking application.
* Creating long-term relationships that deliver long-term benefits to the business.
* Apply Company wide project management standards in preparing bids and contracts, responding to customer needs and managing the sales process from opportunity identification to customer sign off.
* Undertake regular project reviews with all involved in these processes to ensure transfer of knowledge.
* Project management, preparing timelines and handling deadlines of those projects.
