Mitch earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Law & Society from Binghamton University (SUNY), and his MBA, concentrating in Marketing Management, from the University of Buffalo (SUNY). Mitch is a well regarded speaker on key transportation planning and technology issues. He has been a program presenter for the Parking Association of Georgia, New England Parking Association, University of Rochester Meeting of the Minds Program, and at the 2007 International Parking Institute annual conference in Dallas, Texas.
