Hi there! I'm Mitch Cator. I started my entrepreneurial journey officially at the age of 17 and have never looked back. I founded numerous start-ups from sectors including Hospitality, Fitness, Finance, Video Production, Consulting, and Marketing. I am also a small scale property developer with several dwellings under my belt.

My currently held business interests include:

- Founder & CEO SabreX which helps property investment/sales based companies market their service
- Founder & Director Zesteo a service designed to help with the demand for video editing & production
- Founder & Managing Director Black Raptor Property and MC & MC Property, property development companies

I am dedicated to helping others succeed through my various business interests from property investment and money management advice, marketing solutions for property developers/property sales organizations, or video production solutions, either production, editing, or both.

I like to keep an active presence on various social channels and spend a considerable amount of time dedicating myself to helping others succeed through my knowledge and experience in personal development and business.

My goal is to leave the world a better place than when I arrived. If I can provide someone advice, a dwelling, marketing, video production, or just being there for others and it leaves a positive impact, then I will be content with my impact on the world.
