Advocate and execute on behalf of developers, property owners, business owners, national sign companies and local contractors to obtain challenging permits and find solutions for difficult sign projects throughout California. I get results because I take a central role in pulling together the various people and details needed to make a project happen and get the best possible results.

There are many participants in each project, but it takes one focused & detail oriented manager to get and keep everything rolling in the right direction. As a sign veteran I have the additional advantage of noticing and addressing the pitfalls that inevitably arise on construction related projects. Have advised, developed and managed strategies on countless simple projects and many high profile signs throughout Los Angeles and Southern California. Maintaining and utilizing strong professional relationships with government staff in dozens of cities.

As a former member of the Board of Directors of the California Sign Association, I worked for over three years with a dedicated task force of sign industry volunteers to lobby the Los Angeles City Planning Department to reevaluate and modify their proposed sign ordinance. Ultimately protecting sign rights for local businesses and helping to set a precedent for other cities throughout the country.
