Mitchell Worsoff is a Toronto-based criminal defence lawyer and founder of Worsoff Law Firm with nearly 30 years of courtroom experience across Ontario. Since being called to the bar in 1997, he has built his career around criminal litigation, trial advocacy, and legal strategy. Before entering private practice, he spent ten years as a provincial prosecutor in Toronto, gaining firsthand experience inside Ontario’s criminal justice system from both sides of the courtroom.

Today, Mitchell represents clients across Ontario in criminal, regulatory, and administrative matters. His work focuses on preparation, courtroom advocacy, and helping clients navigate complex legal situations with clarity and composure. He is also a commentator on criminal procedure, bail hearings, trial strategy, and common misconceptions about the justice system.

Outside the courtroom, Mitchell has a strong interest in boxing, film, and mentoring younger lawyers pursuing litigation-focused careers.
