Mitchell is a devoted community activist and volunteer with a passion for investing. Born in 1989 in Redkey, Indiana, he was raised to ask questions and explore his interests. From a young age, Mitchell exhibited his precocious side – reading voraciously, disassembling electronics, and pursuing quantitative challenges. During high school, he became captivated by the financial markets after learning about their complexity – markets are an enigma that devoted professionals fail to conquer. There is no truer an illustration of this than the Great Financial Crisis.

Currently, Mitchell focuses on investing in private, middle-market companies in a variety of sectors. In addition to his career in private equity, he works with several non-profit organizations that engage in community development and poverty alleviation.
